Hybrid sealants (moisture cured) based on Polyether backbones in a large number of cases offer significant advantages over silcone-based sealants, 1K- as well as 2K-compounds.

Better tack in conjunction with paintability are not the only features. Moreover the mechanical performance for instance in terms of better tear resistance is very interesting. Lower shrinkage allows applications in thick layers. Sometimes you will appreciate a reduced susceptibility to growth of fungi. Flame retardant formulations are also possible.
A very interesting field of operation for the experienced formulator!

MS Polymer Sealant offer very good bond without primer as compared to PU, Silicone or PS. Usually a problem on site during application although primier will enhance the bonding
