It is a Styrene/Acrylic copolymer emulsion containing an UV-curable additiveThe emulsion is stable to the addition of pigments and coalescing solvents and may be made more thixotropic by the incorporation of a suitable gelling agent The polymer has elastomeric properties and excellent resistance to water and alkalis. Due to its crosslinking ability under UV/daylight, it will avoid the so undesirable dirt pick-up characteristics associated with low Tg polymers i.e. it shows low dirt pick-up In (CB) systems it shows very good performance with regards to dynamic and static cracks which could occur in new or renovated concrete buildings or other structure. It is a cost effective alternative to pure Acrylic based CB systems and designed for areas where the AFNOR norms P8440-1,-2,-3,-4 are not required. It shows very good Elongation and Tensile Strength even at severe circumstances like subfreezing temperatures (> -10 °C). Styrene/acrylic copolymer emulsion containing UV-curable additive.
