Metacure T-1 Organotin Air Products Catalysts / Accelerators / Vulcanizing agents PU - Prepolymers SEALANT ADHESIVE Metacure T-1 catalyst (dibutyl tin diacetate) is a tin-based additive for use in the production of polyurethane coatings, adhesives, and sealants. Features and Benefi ts Used in both one-part moisture cure and two-part polyurethane coatings, adhesives, and sealants. Selective for the isocyanate/polyol reaction; therefore, minimizes the isocyanate/water reaction eliminating blistering and bubble formation in the coating. Useful with all types of isocyanates: both aromatic and aliphatic. Since Metacure T-1 catalyst is resistant to air oxidation, it can be masterbatched in two-part polyurethane coatings, adhesives, and sealants. Metacure T-1 catalyst gives a signifi cantly faster cure profi le than Metacure T-12 catalyst (dibutyltin dilaurate). Metacure T-1 catalyst is supplied in 55-gallon steel drums (440 lbs), 5-gallon steel pails (50 lbs), and 1-gallon metal jugs (10 lbs). All containers have phenolic lining.
