Clear, non - tacky film. Very high solids, fast breaking and drying. Filled and tackified for aggresive, spray on laminating adhesive, eg. Fiberglass, non-wovens to metal or plastic panels. Butonal® NS 131 is used in the manufacture of flooring adhesives. Butonal® NS 131 is a high molecular weight polymer dispersion which gives improved cohesive strength to flooring adhesives. Butonal® NS 131 is a higher modulus version of Butonal® NS 104. In general, additives should be pre - neutralized to pH > 8.5 - 9.0 (depending on the system) prior to blending with Butonal® NS 131.
