Baycoll AD 5027 Polyester polyol Bayer PU - Polyols >> Polyester ADHESIVE >> Reactive system Linear polyester polyol Solvent-free solid that melts at temperatures above 55 °C to form a pale yellow, viscous liquid Baycoll AD 5027 is a polyester polyol that is suitable for combination with polyisocyanates in the formulation of solvent-free adhesives. Baycoll AD 5027 can be combined with various polyisocyanates to formulate adhesives for many different materials, e.g. wood, metal and plastic. Baycoll AD 5027 is suitable for use in the formulation of solvent- free reactive adhesives. On account of its high crystallinity, Baycoll AD 5027 is particularly suitable for the formulation of reactive polyurethane melt adhesives with high green strength. Baycoll AD 5027 can be thinned with solvents such as esters, ketones and aromatics. Only PU grade solvents should be used (< 0.05 % by wt. water). Solvent-free solid linear polyester polyol that melts at temperatures above 55 °C to form a pale yellow, viscous liquid. Suits in combination with polyisocyanates for the formulation of solvent-free reactive adhesives and for adhesives for many materials (wood, metal , plastics). Also suits for the formulation of reactive polyurethane melt adhesives with high green strength.
