Baycoll AV 2113 can be combined with various polyisocyanates to formulate adhesives for many different materials, e.g. wood, metal and plastic. Baycoll AV 2113 is suitable for use in the formulation of reactive adhesives with a low solvent content. Any crystalline deposits can be eliminated without any detrimental effect on quality by heating to 50 °C. Baycoll AV 2113 can be thinned with solvents such as esters, ketones and aromatics. Only PU grade solvents should be used (< 0.05 % by wt. water). Solvent-free, yellowish highly branched polyester polyol. Suits in combination with polyisocyanates for the formulation of low solvent content reactive adhesives for many materials (wood, metal , plastics) and for the production of adhesives with high strength and resistance.
