It is ground to its powdered form and is particularly suitable for modifying flexible and semi-rigid PVC but can also be used as a modifier for other polar polymers. Baymod N XL 34.19 exhibits excellent resistance to oil, fuel, hydrolysis and chemicals. Polymers modified with Baymod N XL 34.19 are permanently plasticised and exhibit good low temperature flexibility and excellent fatigue and abrasion resistance.
