It exhibits very low hydrolyzable chloride content coupled with a high degree of reactivity and outstanding chemical resistance. 8230E is non-crystallizing. It is compatible with all standard curing agents and most resin systems and solvents. Its excep-tionally low hydrolyzable chlorides make 8230E the pre-ferred resin for electronic encapsulants and laminates.
