Based on a solid CTBN elastomer, ERISYS EMRA-95 combines epoxy functionality with toughness and impact resistance. Unlike modifications made with liquid rubber elastomers, ERISYS EMRA-95 exhibits higher temperature perform-ance and greater green strength, making it ideal for film adhesives possessing greater creep resistance over higher temperatures than resins based on liquid elastom-ers. ERISYS EMRA-95 is excellent for 100% solids ad-hesives, composites, and coatings. Blends of ERISYS EMRA-95 with most standard epoxy resins are possible and it can be cured with all standard curing agents suit-able for epoxy resins. Cure speed is comparable to stan-dard liquid Bisphenol A epoxy resins.
