Erisys EMUA-10 Urethane modified bisphenol A epoxy resin CVC Epoxide (EP) >> Bisphenol A based ADHESIVE ERISYS® EMUA 10 Urethane Modified Bisphenol A Epoxy Resin ERISYS EMUA-10 is a standard Bisphenol A epoxy resin which has been modified with a select thermoplastic poly-urethane (TPU). When cured, EMUA-10 provides tena-cious bonds to PVC. Curing agents suggested for use with EMUA-10 include amidoamines and polyamides. Some applications may require the addition of ERISYS â GE-23, GE-24 or GE-35 to EMUA-10 to reduce its viscos-ity and provide a greater degree of flexibility. For excep-tionally difficult PVC bonding applications, the formulator may consider the addition of from 1 to 5 phr M-Pyrol to further reduce viscosity and/or “bite into” the substrate. EMUA-10 can be considered for use on vinyl floors, vinyl sports surfaces or any other vinyl adhesive application. ERISYS EMUA-10 can also be considered as a reactive additive which will improve the toughness/flexibility of your formulation. Adhesives for PVC Toughening modifier for other epoxy formulations Modifier for improving thermal shock and peel resistance Urethane modified bisphenol A epoxy resin. Used in adhesives for PVC, as a toughening modifier for other epoxy formulations and as a modifier to improve thermal shock and peel resistance. Can be used in combination with curing agents such as amidoamines and polyamides. Can be used as a reactive additive to improve toughness and flexibility. Applications : vinyl floors, vinyl sports surfaces, any other vinyl adhesive application.
