Styrene copolymers ADHESIVE Irganox 3052 is a multifunctional antioxidant for organic polymers, such as thermoplastics, elastomers, and adhesives. It is a non-staining, non discoloring, hindered phenolic antioxidant containing a moiety capable of deactivating alkyl radicals. It is stable to heat and light, has a low volatility, and is resistant to extraction. It protects organic substrates against both, thermo-oxidative and purely thermal degradation. Irganoc 3052 is effective as a chain terminator, gel inhibitor, or processing stabilizer notably under high shear conditions. Can be combined with appropriate phenolic antioxidants and/or costabilizers, such as phosphites, phosponites or thiosynergists. Can be used in combination with light stabilizers (ultraviolet absorbers, hindered amines). Use level: 0.05-0.5%. Multifunctional, non-staining, non discoloring, hindered phenolic antioxidant.
