Irganox XP 320 Blend of pentaerythritol tetrakis(3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate), of bis[2,4-bis(1,1-dimethyl)-6-methylphenyl] ethyl ester, phosphoric acid and of a lactone Ciba Antioxidants >> Lactone Antioxidants >> Phenolic Antioxidants >> Phosphite PU - Prepolymers Polyolefins (PE, PP…) ADHESIVE Irganox XP 320 provides highly effective protection of polymer properties across a broad range of processing conditions. Irgafos 38, Irganox 1010 and HP-136 perform synergistically for improved stabilization and reduced stabilizer concentrations. Irganox XP 320 provides outstanding processing and long-term thermal stability in a variety of substrates and applications. Irganox XP 320 is particularly recommended for poyolefins. In polyethylene and polypropylene, Irganox XP 320 demonstrates increased effectiveness compared to established high performance phosphonites. Irganox XP 320 can also be used in other polymers such as engineering plastics including aliphatic polyketone, styrene homo- and copolymers, polyurethanes, elastomers, adhesives, and other organic substrates. Irganox XP 320 provides cost/performance improvements in polymer stabilization. Irganox XP 320 offers: improved melt flow control outstanding compatibility and color maintenance stabilization effectiveness across a broad range of processing conditions lower use-levels, up to 50% of current phosphite concentration Irganox XP 320 better maintains polymer properties in applications requiring high performance stabilization. Significant reductions in phosphite concentrations are achieved with equivalent or improved stabilization performance. HP-136, a lactone stabilizer, scavenges carbon-centered radicals and inhibits processing-induced oxidation as soon as it starts. Irgafos 38, an organic phosphite of low volatility, protects the polymer during processing by decomposing hydroperoxides. Irganox 1010, a hindered phenolic antioxidant, contributes synergistically to polymer stabilization during processing and provides long-term thermal stability by preventing degradation during service-life. Additional performance improvements are achieved with synergistic combinations of Irganox thioethers. Blend of a lactone stabilizer, an hindered phenolic antioxidant and an organic phosphite. Used as a stabilizer for organic substrates such as adhesives. Provides outstanding processing and long-term thermal stability, improved melt flow control, outstanding compatibility and color maintenance and stabilization effectiveness across a broad range of processing conditions. Use level : 0.05-0.15%.
