Avirol A Ammonium lauryl sulfate Cognis Surfactants Surfactants >> Alkylammonium Salt ADHESIVE Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate. Used in adhesives. The amount to be used depends on the type and quantity of the starting monomers as well as on the polymerization process and the desired properties of the polymer dispersion. Generally, 1 to 5% AVIROL® A inreaction to the monomer part is used. The polymer dispersions used as wood adhesives and tile adhesives have to be stabilized by the emulsifier during polymerisation and beyond - throughout the packaging, transportation, mixing and application stages. Ammonium lauryl sulfate. Used as emulsifier in wood and tile adhesives. Stabilizes the polymer dispersion during polymerisation. Use level: 1 to 5% in reaction to the monomer part.
