Adiprene LFP 950A PPDI-terminated polyether prepolymer Crompton-Uniroyal Chemical PU - Prepolymers >> Polyether ADIPRENE® LFP 950A is a PPDI-terminated polyether prepolymer with very low free PPDI content (typical < 0.1%) for easier management of health and safety during handling. This prepolymer is similar to ADIPRENE PP 150 in composition and performance. ADIPRENE LFP 950A yields a high performance 95-97 Shore A hardness elastomer when cured with VIBRACURE ® A 250. The high performance features of ADIPRENE LFP 950A are due to PPDI (p-phenylene diisocyanate), a special building block that imparts exceptional properties to cast polyurethane elastomers. The unique combination of properties exhibited by PPDI-based prepolymers is superior to those available from standard prepolymers based on TDI or MDI. Low Free PPDI Content Lower Viscosity and Longer Pour Life Excellent Dynamics Good Tensile/Tear Strength and Elongation Excellent Resilience Hydrolytic Resistance PPDI-terminated polyether prepolymer. Possesses very low free PPDI content, low viscosity and longer pour life. Imparts very good properties to cast polyurethane elastomers. Provides very good dynamics, good tensile/tear strength and elongation, very good resilience and hydrolytic resistance.
