Compared to other ultra accelerators, Royalac 150 provides improved scorch safety and fast cures. Vulcanizates containing Royalac 150 have high elongation and good aging properties. It is nonblooming, even at up to 5 phr in EPDM Nonstaining and nondiscoloring. Use in NR, SBR, BR, NBR (Paracril ® ) and EPDM (Royalene ® ) rubbers. Nonblooming, nonstaining and nondiscoloring tetraalkyl thiuram disulfide. Used as a fast curing ultra accelerator and sulfur donor in NR, SBR, BR, NBR and EPDM rubbers. Provides improved scorch safety, fast cures, high elongation and good aging properties.
