Royalene 535 Ethylene-propylene diene terpolymer Crompton-Uniroyal Chemical Rubber - Elastomer >> Ethylene-propylene diene terpolymer, EPDM ROYALENE ® 535 "An Ultra Fast Curing Polymer Designed for Automotive Sponge and Dense Moldings and Tire Applications " Unique Features Low Mooney Viscosity for excellent mold flow Ultra fast curing Blends readily with SBR, NR and other diene polymers to provide weathering resistance Non-staining Provides excellent low temperature flexibility properties Easy mixing and processing Applications Automotive molded sponge and dense assembly corners Closed cell sheet sponge Non-bulbular closed cell sponge extrusions requiring very low load deflection properties Tire components, such as coverstrips, white sidewalls and black sidewalls, in blends with diene polymers Royalene® 535 EPDM is a terpolymer of ethylene, propylene and a non-conjugated diene (ENB). This low Mooney, ultra-fast curing polymer offers easy mixing and processing. The primary applications for Royalene 535 are sponge and dense molded corners, high hardness extruded profiles (Shore D), and tire white sidewalls and veneers. Non-staining, ultra fast curing, ethyle-propylene diene terpolymer (EPDM).Offers low Mooney viscosity, very good mold flow and compatibility with SBR, NR and other diene polymers. Provides weathering resistance, very good low temperature flexibility properties and easy mixing and processing.
