Celogen 125 FF Activated azodicarbonamide Crompton Surfactants Surfactants >> Amides Rubber - Elastomer (Chloroprene, Butyl …) SEALANT >> Pre-formed tape / Gasket SEALANT >> Foam CELOGEN ® FF Foaming Agents The CELOGEN FF grades are azodicarbonamide-based foaming agents useful in producing clean, trouble-free products in extrusion, injection molding, and calendering. These products are self-nucleating and contribute to uniform cell formation and smooth surfaces. The CELOGEN FF grades do not generate cyanuric acid (foaming agent plateout). CELOGEN 125 FF is the particle size (3-4 microns) most often used for thermoplastics processing in the 380-400ºF (193-204ºC) temperature range. CELOGEN 60/14 FF (9.5-13.0 microns) is chosen when greater thermal stability and a slower rate of decomposition are desirable. It can be especially useful in the molding of PP, HDPE, ABS, and PPO materials. Normal use level for structural foam, extrusion, and calendering is 0.3-0.5%. For the elimination of sink marks in injection molded parts, 0.1% or less is used. Azodicarbonamide-based foaming agent. Does not generate cyanuric acid. Used for thermoplastics processing. Applications : closures with sealing gaskets for food containers.
