This product has a higher decomposition temperature and slower rate of gas evolution when compared to CELOGEN 765-A and CELOGEN 780. CELOGEN 754-A is recommended for flexible PVC, and elastomers such as HYTREL ® , KRATON ® , TPR ® , SANTOPRENE ® , and SARLINK ® , especially those grades processed at 170°C (338°F) or higher. CELOGEN 754-A is also suitable for use with some of the newer metallocene polyolefin materials. This product is used in rubber applications as well. Activated azodicarbonamide. Used as a foaming agent. Possesses high decomposition temperature and slow rate of gas evolution. Can be used in combination with traditional activators such as zinc salts to reduce decomposition temperature. Offers compatibility with flexible PVC, elastomers, some of the newer metallocene polyolefin materials and rubber.
