Celogen 780 Activated azodicarbonamide Crompton Surfactants Surfactants >> Amides Rubber - Elastomer (Chloroprene, Butyl …) Polyolefins (PE, PP…) SEALANT >> Foam Chemical Foaming Agents CELOGEN ® 780 for Plastics Activated azodicarbonamide Traditional activators such as zinc salts may be used to reduce the decomposition temperature further. CELOGEN 780 has a lower decomposition temperature and a faster rate of gas evolution when compared to CELOGEN 754-A and CELOGEN 765-A. CELOGEN 780 may be used in both plastics and rubber applications where a low decomposition and fast rate of gas release are desirable. Plastic materials that may be foamed with CELOGEN 780 include standard and metallocene polyolefins, various thermoplastic elastomers, and soft, low-melting vinyl formulations. Activated azodicarbonamide. Used as a foaming agent. Possesses low decomposition temperature and fast rate of gas evolution. Can be used in combination with traditional activators such as zinc salts to reduce decomposition temperature. Offers compatibility with various thermoplastic elastomers, standard and metallocene polyolefin, soft, low-melting vinyl formulations and rubber.
