CELOGEN SD-200/EPO dispersion eliminates dust, improves foaming agent dispersability in PVC plastisol applications, and meets requirements for certain FDA regulated applications. It is offered as an alternative to azodicarbonamide powders. CELOGEN SD-200/EPO dispersion is suggested for azodicarbonamide foaming agent applications where dusty powders are a concern; dispersability in a PVC plastisol is a problem; or where the foaming agent is to be metered directly into the manufacturing process. It is also suggested for applications where typical dispersion carriers such as mineral oil or phthalate esters are undesirable. Depending on the application, use levels for CELOGEN chemical foaming agents range from less than 0.1 phr (parts per hundred resin) to greater than 10 phr. Although no visible separation of this dispersion occurs during storage, stirring the dispersion before use is highly recommended.
