When used in combination, these products yield a heat-curing adhesive system for high frequency gluing of truck and railroad flooring, laminated timber, beams and millwork. They can also be used in hot-pressed applications for the production of flat and curved plywood, exterior doors, or general assembly bonding, wherever waterproof bonds are required. Ease of handling, faster reactivity, less build-up on equipment and higher production yields are some of the benefits offered. Glue mixes can be readily removed from equipment with hot water or steam and glue release agents. For optimum performance, glue line temperatures on cured panels should exceed 180°F during cure.
