When used in combination, these products yield a heat-curing adhesive system for high frequency gluing of truck and railroad flooring, laminated timber, beams and millwork. These products can also be used in hot-pressed applications for the production of flat and curved plywood, exterior doors, or general assembly bonding, wherever waterproof bonds are required. Hardener for adhesive resins using radio frequency curing. CYCAT HF catalyst is needed to meet fast cure requirements, such as those required in high frequency bonding and hot press applications. Glue mixes can be readily removed from equipment with hot water/steam or glue release agents. For optimum performance, glue line temperatures on panels should exceed 180°F during cure.
