TEGO SURTEN W 111 improves the spreading and wetting of aqueous media and may be used in a variety of applications of pressure sensitive adhesives under high dynamics Formulation and application of polymerdispersions/latices with fillers or pigments in a multitude of other industrial applications where spreading of coatings on substrates is neccessary TEGO Surten W 111 is a foam inhibiting wetting agent for water based systems. It is solvent and silicone free. Due to the special selection of active ingredients TEGO® Surten W 111 outperforms conventional wetting agents due to the foam inhibiting behaviour. Further it provides additional deaerating effects.. TEGO SURTEN W 111 may be added to the dispersion as delivered. Predilutions are possible and might be beneficial depending on the facilities. Depending on the application in question the required dosage may vary over a wide range (0.1 % - 1.0 %); suitable screening test are therefore recommended (initial dosage 0.3 %). Low viscous, solvent and silicone free, non-ionic organic surfactant. Used as a foam inhibiting wetting agent for water based systems and applications of pressure sensitive adhesives under high dynamics. Provides additional deaerating effects. Use level: 0.1-1.0%.
