It is a medium styrene, medium viscosity product. It contains no residual diblock. It has a higher modulus and is more creep resistant than VECTOR 4111. It has excellent physical properties and outstanding melt processibility. It is designed for use in elastomeric films and compounds. Vector styrenic block copolymer - tailored product with excellent purity and consistency as well as high performance properties. This copolymer can be combined with hydrocarbon resins as an ideal choice for many adhesive applications such as pressure sensitive adhesives for tapes and labels, hot melt product assembly adhesives, construction adhesives, mastics, and sealants. Improved shear strength and heat resistance compared to formulations containing conventional process copolymers. Aging resistance and color stability under thermal stress may also be greatly improved, due to the halide-free nature of many of Dexco’s products, leading to potential savings in stabilizer costs.
