It is a high styrene, low viscosity product. It contains no residual diblock. It is a high modulus and creep resistant SIS copolymer. It is the least elastic of the SIS family of products. It is a high performance, flexible thermoplastic resin that can be blended with medium or low styrene SIS and/ or SBS copolymers. It is designed for use as a compatibilizer in styrenic/ olefinic blends. It has good physical properties and outstanding melt processibility. Vector styrenic block copolymer - tailored product with excellent purity and consistency as well as high performance properties. This copolymer can be combined with hydrocarbon resins as an ideal choice for many adhesive applications such as pressure sensitive adhesives for tapes and labels, hot melt product assembly adhesives, construction adhesives, mastics, and sealants. Improved shear strength and heat resistance compared to formulations containing conventional process copolymers. Aging resistance and color stability under thermal stress may also be greatly improved, due to the halide-free nature of many of Dexco’s products, leading to potential savings in stabilizer costs.
