Bynel 11E554 Modified ethylene vinyl acetate polymer DuPont Ethylene co-terpolymers - solid (EVA, EMA) >> Ethylene Vinyl Acetate, EVA ADHESIVE SEALANT Bynel® adhesive resins create a strong, interlayer bond between dissimilar materials in multilayer films, tubes and other packaging and industrial structures. Bynel® can be coextruded or extrusion coated onto a variety of structural, barrier or heat-seal materials. DuPont offers the industry's widest range of standard and custom formulations to meet a variety of high-performance adhesion needs. Bynel(R) Series 1100 resins are modified ethylene vinyl acetate polymers. They are available in pellet form for use in conventional extrusion and coextrusion equipment designed to process polyethylene (PE) resins. Bynel(R) 11E554 is modified ethylene vinyl acetate polymers designed to be used as extrudable adhesive resins or sealing layers for lidding applications. It is most often used to adhere to PE, PP, PET, PS, and PS foam. Bynel® 11E554 Temperature resistance for up to 45 min under 90°C (194°F) hot water exposure, strong bonds to PP Tandem coating with PE onto paper or foil, cast film coex with PE, PP, etc., and laminate onto OPP or OPET Lidding for yogurt cup, dairy, beverage, and snack packaging Antioxidant BHT Modified ethylene vinyl acetate polymer. Used in extrusion and laminating adhesives and sealants. Provides adhesion to PE, PP, PET, PS, and PS foam.
