Bynel® Series 3800 resins are anhydride-modified ethylene vinyl acetate polymers. They are available in pellet form for use in conventional extrusion and coextrusion equipment designed to process polyethylene (PE) resins. Bynel® 3861 is most often used to adhere to PE, ionomer, PS, EVOH, and PET. It can also be used to bond to PP, PVC, PVDC, and polyamide. Bynel® 3861 is used in transparent PS/EVOH/PE structures as well as PET/PE cast sheet.
