Viton B-600 fluoroelastomer Dupont Dow Elastomers Fluoropolymers SEALANT ADHESIVE In adhesives applications, Viton forms a strong bond that can flex without failure after repeated temperature cycling and vibration. Terpolymer of hexafluoropropylene, vinylidene fluoride and tetrafluoroethylene Viton B-600 is a gum polymer that demonstrates improved terpolymer processing and lower compound viscosity, along with the excellent heat and fluid resistance characteristics of the “B-family” of Viton. Viton B-600 is especially suited to curing with a bisphenol system of curatives. Viton B-600 provides: Improved compression molding – increased mold flow – easier mold release Improved extrusion and calendering Increased cure rate Improved compression set resistance Terpolymer of hexafluoropropylene, vinylidene fluoride, and tetrafluoroethylene. May be cured with a bisphenol system. Forms a strong bond that can flex without failure after repeated temperature cycling and vibration in adhesives applications.
