The emulsion system is composed of non-ionogenous and anionactive emulsifier as well as polyvinyl alcohol acting as protective colloid. An aqueous dispersion of white colour with a characteristic odour. It is non-toxic, non-combustible, inexplosive, biodegradable, posing no health or hygienic hazards. The dispersion film is transparent with a long-term adhesive effect, causing a self-adhesive layer to form on the coated surfaces. Duvilax® KA-4 is used for preparation of a self-adhesive layer on textiles, paper, insulating materials etc. and in the manufacture of modified dispersed adhesives. Aqueous, white-colored, non-toxic, non-combustible, inexplosive, biodegradable, terpolymeric vinyl acetate dispersion. Contains acrylic acid and acrylic acid ester acting as internal softener. Used in the manufacture of dispersed adhesives. Provides transparent and long-term adhesive films. Applications: self-adhesive layer on textiles, paper, insulating materials.
