If the product gels on storing at low temperatures, it can be reliquified by warming with agitation. Due to its higher chlorine content when compared to EASTMAN CP 343-1, EASTMAN CP 343-3 may be used as an additive to coatings, inks, resins, and adhesives for improved adhesion to plastic substrates. Its higher chlorine content allows for improved compatibility with coatings, inks, resins, and adhesives, and improved solubility in ester and ketone solvents.
