Sunigum P7395 Acrylate terpolymer, partitioned with calcium carbonate Eliokem Acrylics/ Acrylates SEALANT >> Pre-formed tape / Gasket Acrylate terpolymer, partitioned with calcium carbonate The Sunigum elastomer is intrinsically resistant to degradation by heat and ultra-violet (UV) radiation, and to many chemicals including oils and fuels. Sunigum's aesthetic qualities are unique in terms of softness, matte surface finish and leather-like appearance. Its molecular structure was developed for thermoplastic melt processing in blends with a variety of resins: PVC, CPE, COPE, TPU, ASA/ABS/SAN and other polymers with some polarity such as olefin copolymers EVA, EMA (minimum 20% co-monomer). Sunigum's basic properties and flexibilizing potential allow users to tailor-make softer grades of general-purpose and engineering grade Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE) where aesthetics, color-retention and weatherability are of prime importance. The TPEs can be coextruded and overmolded for cost-effective designs such as: Building gaskets Medium viscosity acrylate terpolymer, partitioned with calcium carbonate. Used in building gaskets. Possesses resistance to heat, UV radiation and many chemicals including oils and fuels.
