It not only increases tack and adhesive properties but can also modify the mechanical and optical properties of the polymer blend. Escorez 1304 belongs to a family of pale coloured premium aliphatic hydrocarbon resins specially developed for use in pressure sensitive adhesives, hot melt coatings and adhesives. Its main properties are : low level of unsaturation wide range of compatibility with polar materials, such as EVA Escorez 1304 is a general purpose tackifier for packaging and bookbinding EVA based formulations. It provides good stability, short setting time and good adhesion. In pressure sensitive applications (PSA) in combination with natural rubber (NR), Escorez 1304 provides a particular good tack/shear balance and good ball tack before and after ageing. Pale coloured premium aliphatic hydrocarbon tackifier. Used in pressure sensitive and hot melt adhesives.
