HD-4664 was designed for use as a multi-purpose textile binder polymer, but has been used in credit card lamination and other industrial laminating applications. A balanced monomer composition provides good compatibility with acrylic lattices, confers superior bond strength and low temperature flexibility properties, as well as excellent value. HD-4664 can be used as supplied or blended with acrylic emulsions for spray or pad bath applications. Solids can be reduced with water to optimize dry coating weight. This product may also be thickened with associative thickeners for knife-over-roll or similar methods. HD-4664 can be air dried, if desired, depending on film thickness.
