Esacure TZT Mixture of 2,4,6-trimethylbenzophenone and 4-methylbenzophenone Lamberti Photo Initiators >> Benzophens ADHESIVE >> Radiation Curing (UV/EB) ESACURE TZT is an eutectic liquid mixture of 2,4,6-trimethylbenzophenone and 4-methylbenzophenone. ESACURE TZT is particularly indicated for the photopolymerisation of U.V. curable systems when high reactivity, low curing odour and low yellowing are required. The radical generation occurs via hydrogen abstraction and it is very reactive in combination with coinitiator as tertiary amine ( e.g. Esacure A 122, Esacure A 144 ). Due to its liquid form, high solubility and compatibility with the various curable systems, ESACURE TZT can be easily incorporated by mixing and stirring. Main suggested applications are in the manufacturing of: adhesives Optimum concentration is between 1 and 8% by weight and depending on system composition, Eutectic liquid mixture of 2,4,6-trimethylbenzophenone and 4-methylbenzophenone. Used for photopolymerisation of U.V. curable systems such as adhesives. Offers high reactivity, high solubility and compatibility, low curing odour and low yellowing. Use level: 1-8% wt.
