Automotive Shoe Textile PEARLBOND 104 is a linear, aromatic polyurethane, supplied in form of white or slightly yellowish pellets, which combines a high crystallisation speed with a high thermoplasticity level. PEARLBOND 104 is mainly used for making heat-sealable fabrics (thermobonding), obtained by coating processes such as scattering or dot-coating (powder or paste). In all cases, the product is previously ground into powder, by cryogenic grinding.
