Pearlstick 101 Polycaprolactone based thermoplastic polyurethane Merquinsa PU - Thermoplastic (TPU) ADHESIVE FOOTWEAR & LEATHER The PEARLSTICK® ranges are thermoplastic polyurethanes elastomers (TPUs) specially developed for use as raw material in the manufacture of toe puffs & counters(shoe industry). The PEARLSTICK® grades are supplied in pellet form and can be applied by extrusion process (T-die) or sintering (in such case they must be previously cryogenically ground). PEARLSTICK 101 is a linear, polycaprolactone-based polyurethane with a very high crystallization rate. PEARLSTICK 101 is used for textile coating for making shoe-stiffeners (toe-caps, counters), by extrusion or sintering process.
