Pearlstick 45-40/03 Crystallization : very high Thermoplasticity : medium Open time : short PEARLSTICK 45-40/03 is used for the production of adhesives for bonding plasticised PVC to plasticised PVC or other materials such as leather, textiles, etc. PEARLSTICK 45-40/03 enables the production of adhesives with a high solids content and low viscosity for spray application for the automotive and other industrial uses. The addition of a polyfunctional isocyanate (QUIDUR® 446-31) to PEARLSTICK 45-40/03 improves the heat-resistance and the strength of the joints. As a rule, the addition of 5 parts by weight of QUIDUR® 446-31 to 100 parts by weight of a 20% solution of PEARLSTICK 45-40/03 should be adequate.
