Pearlstick 45-60/03 Crystallization : extremely high Thermoplasticity : low Open time : very short Automotive Shoe PEARLSTICK 45-60/03 is used for the production of adhesives for plasticised PVC to plasticised PVC or other materials such as leather, textiles, rubber, etc. PEARLSTICK 45-60/03 enables the production of adhesives with high solids content and low viscosity, which are intended for spray application in the automotive industry and with high performances in the green-strength of the joints and temperature resistance. The addition of a polyfunctional isocyanate (QUIDUR® 446-31) improves the heatresistance and the strength of the joints. As a rule, the addition of 5 parts by weight of QUIDUR® 446-31 to 100 parts by weight of a 20% solution of PEARLSTICK 45-60/03 should be adequate. The pot-life of the mixture should be taken into account. Elastic, linear, polycaprolactone copolyester based TPU.
