It produces very high viscosity pastes which exhibit pseudoplastic and thixotropic rheology and possess excellent foaming properties. It has a very high plasticiser acceptance. Due to its particular properties, Pevikon® P 709 is recommended for the manufacture of chemically blown foams, i.e. in artificial leather. The high pseudoplasticity of pastes based on Pevikon® P 709 makes it particularly suitable for the coating of open weave fabrics.
