Styrene-butadiene emulsions offer good resistance to water and solvents and excellent retention of adhesion. SB 1177 may be cured through the use of additives such as divalent metal salts or by conventional rubber vulcanization. Stable when heavily loaded with fillers and resins under proper formulating conditions. Good adhesion to a variety of substrates. Good resistance to water and solvents.
