Pacific 6161 Diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A modified with difunctional acrylate monomer Pacific Epoxy Polymers Epoxide (EP) >> Bisphenol A based ADHESIVE Bisphenol A resin modified with a di-functional acrylate monomer that provides a lower application viscosity with minimal loss of physical strength and chemical resistance. 6161 is a bisphenol A resin modified with a functional acrylate monomer. It is highly reactive with amine curing agents. 6161 will cure at temperatures down to 35°F. It is recommended in adhesive, patching and other applications requiring rapid curing. 6161, unlike other bisphenol A resins, is not stable at high temperatures and processes which result in heat above 120°F should be avoided. The use of modifiers, such as reactive diluents, may also result in polymerization and therefore their use should be carefully screened prior to use. DGEBPA Diglycidyl Ether of Bisphenol A (modified with functional acrylate monomer) Bisphenol A resin (DGEBPA) modified with a functional acrylate monomer. Used in adhesives. Offers high reactivity with amine curing agents, rapid curing and low temperature cures. Provides low application viscosity with minimal loss of physical strength and chemical resistance.
