It improves dispersion of fillers and softens the compound. The reduction of viscosity assists down line processing, in particular milling and calendering ULTRA-BLEND 3000 is mainly used in industrial rubber goods based on synthetic polymers. It is especially suited for oil resistant compounds based on NBR due its low extractability by aliphatic hydrocarbons and mineral oils DOSAGE: 3 - 20 phr Xylene resin. Used as a synthetic plasticiser and a tackifier. Improves building tack of synthetic rubber compounds and the dispersion of fillers. Softens the compound. Reduces viscosity. Offers low extractability by aliphatic hydrocarbons and mineral oils. Use level : 3-20 phr.
