There are several grades available to help the customer to get the desired composite performance. Coperflex TR is a thermoplastic elastomer(SBS), it is produced by a solution polymerization process using an alkyl-lithium initiator. Coperflex TR is available as dusted pellets, packed in 20 kg bags and stored in boxes. COPERFLEX TR-1061 is a linear copolymer, formed by styrene and butadiene, with a teleblock structure (SBS), a styrene weight content of 30% and containing a non-staining stabilizer. It is used in the formulation of adhesives and paints, due to its solubility in a range of solvents, not requiring pre-mashing, not allowing chemical cross linking and delivering an excellent flexibility at low temperatures. Alkyl-Lithium initiated and solution polymerized SBS linear teleblock copolymer with 30% Styrene content supplied with a non-staining stabilizer. Used in permanent tack adhesives. Exibits solubility in a range of solvents. Does not require pre-mashing and prevents chemical cross linking delivering an excellent flexibility at low temperature.
