Geon 120 Series Vinyl homopolymer Polyone Polyvinyl acetate emulsions & derivatives (PVAcā¦) SEALANT ADHESIVE SEALANT >> Plastisol This versatile group of homopolymer vinyl dispersion resins is basic to plastisol formulating. A variety of resins are available, offering a broad range of molecular weights. The product selected would be based on your specific fusion temperature requirements. Geon 120 Series resins are recommended insolid and medium (approximately 45 pounds per cubic foot) to high density foam applications. These applications include coated fabrics, such as artificial leather and tarpaulins, dip-coated tool handles, molded dolls and play balls, cap linings and jar seals, insect and shade screening, adhesives, textile printing inks, and disposable gloves for medical examinations and industrial uses. These resins offer low Brookfield Viscosities, approximately 2,000 to 2,500 cps. and a higher level of methanol extractables, which aid foamability. Additionally, these products have a broad FDA acceptability for use in applications requiring indirect food contact. (Please refer to the FDA regulations to determine the requirements for your specific application.) Homopolymer vinyl dispersion resin for plastisol formulating.
