Rhenoblend F 350 Fluoro rubber batch Rhein Chemie Fluoropolymers SEALANT Rhenoblend® F 350 Polymer batch based on fluoro rubber, used for the production of technical moulded and extruded articles with an excellent resistance to heat and chemicals, particularly suitable for the blending with fluoro rubber compounds. Generally, Rhenoblend F 350 is added in dosages up to 30 phr for blending with conventional fluoro rubber compounds. Increasing dosages of Rhenoblend F 350 provide higher Shore hardness, tear resistance and a higher compression set of the compound. The swelling behaviour, elongation at break, as well as the tensile and ageing properties generally remain unchanged if the dosage of Rhenoblend F 350 does not exceed 30 phr. These properties render possible the use of Rhenoblend F 350 for blending with fluoro rubber compounds and therefore allow the economical production of technical moulded and extruded articles. 20 - 30 phr technical moulded and extruded articles, such as profiles, seals, buffers etc. Polymer batch based on fluoro rubber.
