In conjunction with a formaldehyde donor (e.g. Rhenogran HEXA-80 or Cohedur® A) the resorcinol-formaldehyderesin, responsible for the bonding of rubber to textile and steelcords, is formed during the curing process. This system is suitable for bonding all types of rubber to reinfor- cing materials, e.g. fabrics, glass fibres and metals (e.g. steel-cords). 3 - 4 phr tyres, conveyor belts, V-belts, round belts, fire hoses, other reinforced hoses, flexible containers, fabric proofings Blend of resorcinol, SBR/TOR binder and dispersing agents. Used as a component of the bonding system resorcinol-formaldehyde silica. Suits for bonding all types rubber to reinforcing materials such as fabrics, glass fibres and metals. Use level: 3-4 phr.
