They: Improve the tack of green compounds Promote filler incorporation Enhance consistency Reduce compound viscosity Improve compound homogenity Enable high Shore hardnesses to be obtained Enhance the physical properties of vulcanizates, e.g. by improving the wet skid properties of tyres Rhenosin® C 150 Dispersing and tackifying resin for solid rubbers and bonding solutions Coumarone-indene resin; polymerisates of carbon-derived, unsaturated aromatic C9/C10 hydrocarbons Rhenosin C 150 improves the dispersion of fillers and chemicals in diene rubbers such as NR, SBR, BR and NBR. The processability and tack of green compounds are improved with Rhenosin C 150. Rhenosin C 150 has no effect on the vulcanization characteristics of diene rubber mixes. Physical properties such as modulus, tensile strength, elongation at break and compression set, and dynamic properties suc has non-skid properties (tan d 90 °C) and high speed characteristics are favourably influenced by Rhenosin C 150.
