They: Improve the tack of green compounds Promote filler incorporation Enhance consistency Reduce compound viscosity Improve compound homogenity Enable high Shore hardnesses to be obtained Enhance the physical properties of vulcanizates, e.g. by improving the wet skid properties of tyres Rhenosin® TM 90 Dispersing and tackifying resin for solid rubbers and bonding solutions Hydrocarbon resin; a pure monomer resin; polymerisation product from unsaturated aromatic C8/C9 hydrocarbons Rhenosin TT 90 improves the dispersion characteristics of fillers and chemicals in diene rubbers based on NR, SBR, BR and NBR. Rhenosin TT 90 enhances the processing characteristics and tack of green compounds. Rhenosin TM 90 has no effect on the vulcanization characteristics of the diene rubber compounds. Rhenosin TM 90 improves physical properties such as modulus, tensile strength, elongation at break and compression set, and dynamic properties such as non-skid properties (tan d 0 °C) and high speed characteristics (tan d 90 °C). Rhenosin TM 90 reduces the crack propagation of vulcanizates under dynamic stress. 3 - 10 phr Truck tyres, passenger car tyres, industrial tyres, tyre retreads, bicycle tyres, bonding solutions, conveyor belts, light technical articles. Pure monomer resin. Used as a dispersing and a tackifying resin for solid rubbers and bonding solutions. Provides dispersion of fillers and chemicals in diene rubbers such as NR, SBR, BR and NBR. Improves processability, green tack, modulus, tensile strength, elongation at break, compression set and dynamic properties. Reduces crack propagation under dynamic stress. Use level: 3-10 phr.
