Paper adhesives ; adhesives for textile; water-based paints for interiors. In the paper industry the product is used, as supplied, or compounded for quick setting adhesives it is particularly recommended for bookbinding and in automatic packaging used in boxes manufacture. It is also used in the textile industry (sizing, gluing of felts, carpet backing, etc.) in leather and shoe manufacturing. Polyvinyl acetate aqueous dispersion plasticized with an isobutyl phthalate. Contains a polyvinyl alcohol emulsifying system. Possesses high viscosity and quick setting time. Used in adhesives formulations. Provides very good mechanical stability. Applications: paper and textile adhesives; bookbinding; automatic packaging used in boxes manufacture; sizing, gluing of felts, carpet backing; leather and shoe manufacturing.
