VINAVIL T 01 P is manufactured by spray drying a copolimer dispersion under carefully defined conditions. Anti-caking agents are incorporated to make sure that powder properties are maintained during storage and processing. VINAVIL T 01 P should be mixed with dry products and stored in water resistant package. On contact with water and under the action of mechanical shear, VINAVIL T 01 P produces a stable dispersion which properties are comparable to those of the original dispersion. Vinavil T 01 P has been designed primarly for use in wall-covering adhesivesand for non hidraulic gap and wack fillers used for interior applications. Vinavil T 01 P can be used to increase the polymer content of paper adhesives based on polymer dispersion; this enobles adhesives to be formulated with increased tack and shorter open times. Redispersible polyvinylacetate acetate homopolymer with polyvinyl alcohol as emulsifying system. Provides good tack and shorter open times.
